What if my design editor is stuck?
If you try to access the design section of your website and are presented with a loading indicator that never goes away, try this:
- Ensure you're on a reliable internet connection. The loading indicator stays until the website is fully-loaded, so if your connection is slow, this can take quite a while.
- Temporarily disable any web browser add-ons, plugins or extensions, like ad-blockers and refresh the page. Sometimes ad-blockers can be too aggressive and block parts of the actual website you're trying to view.
- If neither of those things remedy the problem, please contact us.
