Does 22Slides use Flash?

22Slides uses HTML5 rather than Flash because:

  • HTML5 is viewable by almost all devices without the need for plugins.
  • HTML5 usually allows for smaller file sizes and downloads much faster than Flash.
  • HTML5 is the industry standard method for delivering websites for the foreseeable future, while Flash support is rapidly declining.

  • Flash runs poorly on many devices, while HTML5’s performance continues to improve.
